  • 100% refund if work hasn’t started or fabric isn’t dispatched.
  • Partial refund if work has begun, minus incurred costs.
• Fabric Orders:
  • 100% refund if the fabric isn’t dispatched, cut, or printed to order.
  • Restocking/administration fees may apply in other situations.

Returns and Refunds:

• No refunds for incorrect measurements. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
• Contact us within 7 days if goods don’t match your specifications. If faulty, we’ll repair, alter, or refund.
• Refunds processed after goods are returned and inspected.
• Return shipping costs reimbursed if the fault is ours.
