Partial refund if work has begun, minus incurred costs.

Fabric Orders:

100% refund if the fabric isn’t dispatched, cut, or printed to order.

Restocking/administration fees may apply in other situations.

Returns and Refunds:

No refunds for incorrect measurements. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

Contact us within 7 days if goods don’t match your specifications. If faulty, we’ll repair, alter, or refund.

Refunds processed after goods are returned and inspected.
