All our products are custom-made and therefore exempt from Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds won't be issued if incorrect measurements were provided. However, we aim to collaborate for a satisfactory resolution in such cases.
If goods don't match the provided specifications, contact us within 7 days of receiving them. Upon return, we'll inspect the goods. Faulty or incorrect items will be repaired, altered, or fully refunded if necessary. If you supplied the fabric, we'll refund its cost, pending proof of the fabric's price.
Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned goods. Return costs will be reimbursed if the fault lies with us.
